A boutique’s expertise for fitting fine lingerie

Sweet nothings for a Valentine; a handsome robe for Him; lacy underthings for a bride-to-be; soft loungewear for a mother who is mostly indoors these days; a great sports bra; a proper fitting for a mastectomy bra. These services and swath of intimate apparel are the niche of KNICKERS, a one-of-a-kind lingerie store in Southern Pines. This is the locally owned boutique to seek out for garments of stunning quality for the items we wear closest to our skin, from proprietor Kerry Snyder Husted, who long dreamed and researched bringing to life a store dedicated to the fashion of luxury lingerie. Husted had a long career in oncology management when she took an interest in fitting bras for women who had mastectomies. When she had the chance to travel, she began to find and source garments for herself from around the world, from France to Peru. When she retired from the medical field, Husted poured herself and her knowledge into this specialty business. With the emphasis on being comfortable working from home nowadays, the arrival of Valentine’s Day soon, and wedding bells coming in the spring and summer, it may be time to indulge yourself or someone special with something seductive and beautiful.
